This page is a table, not a recommendation. It lists home care offices in the St. Louis area whose own websites say they support people living with dementia or memory loss, ordered by how many Google reviews each office has. More reviews means more people wrote something. It does not mean better.
None of these agencies diagnose or treat anything, and neither do we. Memory support here means the everyday, non-medical kind: routine, meals, company, someone in the house. Whether any of it is right for the person you care for is a question for their doctor first and the agency second.

St. Louis home care agencies offering memory support, by Google reviews
18 offices, one rule for getting in, one column for the order. Each row is here because the company's own website describes dementia or memory support, and each row's numbers are exactly what Google showed on September 12, 2026.
Families looking for memory support at home run into a particular problem: a great many agencies say they do it. Some run a named program. Some list it as one line in a long menu. This table includes only the ones that say it, in their own words, on their own site, and the last column repeats what they say so you can judge the weight of it yourself.
The order is Google review count, highest first, because that is a number we can print without inventing anything. It rewards age and size, and it says nothing about whether the caregiver who arrives on Tuesday knows how to help someone who has forgotten it is Tuesday. Read it as a map of who is established, not a verdict on who is good.

Ratings and counts are Google's on the pull date and change daily. Look any office up on Google Maps by name and city to see the same figures or newer ones.
How to read the last column
The quoted phrases come from each company's own website, read on September 12, 2026. We did not call anyone or ask for a brochure. Where a company has several St. Louis offices, each has its own Google listing and review count, so each gets its own row, labelled by location.
Two things are worth a second look. Cooperative Home Care, Personal Care Home Health Services and Caring Christians Private Duty describe nursing or medical services alongside everyday support, which makes them a different kind of company from a purely non-medical agency, neither better nor worse. And Griswold Care Pairing describes itself as referring caregivers to families, which is worth asking about on the first call, because it shapes who you are arranging care with.
Who is not here, and why
Every other St. Louis area office in our file with 20 or more reviews was checked the same day. Right at Home in St. Peters, 1st Choice Home Health Services in Florissant and Home Care Solutions of St. Louis in Eureka mention Alzheimer's or dementia only as one condition among several, without describing a memory service, so they are not included. Med Staff Home Health and Amedisys describe skilled home health rather than a memory service. Gentle Hands Home Care, HomeTeam and Cater to Your Needs Home Health Care describe consumer-directed and in-home services without mentioning memory. For A Better Life Health Care Network, Harmony In-Home Healthcare and New Beginnings In-Home & CDS, we could not read a company website that described their services on the pull date, and we would not guess. Three listings had no website of their own, and one was an out-of-state office.
A small number of listings are excluded from every list on this site by publisher policy, among them FreedomCare, which is a Medicaid consumer-directed program rather than an agency. No exclusion is a comment on the company.
